A Different Sort of Headshot | State College Photographer

We’re all familiar with the ever-growing role of social media and the internet in our lives.  Today we not only get to know each other by passing at the local coffee shop, but also by our avatar, our icons, our profile pictures.  I’ll admit it  — often times at  Wegman’s I wonder if the lovely lady across the aisle is a mom I’ve met before or a friend-of-a-friend that comments frequently on Facebook!  It can be hard to keep straight, especially in this small town of ours.

Well, nothing makes ME feel more confident on Facebook than posting a fresh new profile picture from a day where I felt I was looking good!  And so I’ve been happy recently to return the favor to a few local businessmen who needed new portraits for their business personas online.

Now sometimes you need to go with straight forward and traditional —

But the BEST is when you get to help someone capture their passion.  That’s MY passion.
